A great stay for the Venice visit with great staff. Unbeatable location in a good neighborhood. Short walk to tram station for Venice. Close to Mestre center on foot. Tram leading directly to Venezia.

Location: the hotel was really close to the tram leading directly to Venezia, Mestre centre on foot and central Venice. Greatly enjoyed food at The Buffet at Aria, it's approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the venue. We got neat and reasonably large apartment with a/c as an upgrade, nice gesture...

truly enjoyed a refrigerator, an electric kettle, and a dishwasher in the room. the location near a tram station was nice and unbeatable.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. It offers great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. The location, although on a small street, is conveniently next to the bus stop that takes you directly to Venice. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, with their helpful and friendly attitude. The basic amenities were all there and the rooms were very clean, although they could use some updating. Additionally, having air conditioning in the room was a huge plus. Lastly, the breakfast provided was satisfying and a good start to the day.

Everything was satisfactory, no improvements needed.

The hotel is located in a quiet suburb, with easy access to the historical center of the city through public transport, which is comfortable and affordable. On-site parking is available, and the staff is helpful and accommodating, despite the language barrier.

The hotel is situated on a busy street, which can be noisy at times. The parking place can be narrow for big cars.

stayed in mestre last year, but this time residence cavalli really blew me away. newly refurbished apartment, high-end amenities, and super clean. hosts were accommodating even with my delayed arrival. loved the convenient location, trams to venice, and local shops nearby. exceeded my expectations!
